Charges are for the rental of fully staffed casino tables/photobooth/magic mirror & all equipment supplied for the hours specified on your booking form or final invoice, including necessary set-up and breakdown periods.
Client will pay £75 per deposite to secure the booking and this is non refundable,
In the event the client should have to cancel this contract within 60 days of the event the deposite will be taken as a cancellation cost (non-refundable)
we requires full, cleared payment's for all events prior to arrival on site NO EXCEPTIONS. In the event that payment is not received prior to arrival we have the right not to attends site untill payment has been made
In the event Creme de La creme Fun Casino cancels the contract at any time, then the CLIENT’S deposit and all money paid will be fully refunded.
Where an event is shortened or cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, no refunds can be issued. we will credits for a future event as a goodwill gesture when an event is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the clients’ control or Creme De La Creme Fun Casino. Credits must be used on a similar event and used within 12 months of the original date. This date must be declared no later than 28 days after the original event date.
