Photos can be instantly printed so guests can take home a tangible memory, with one copy lovingly placed in your guest book. Guests can also scan a QR code to receive their photos instantly on their phones, or share via Airdrop, SMS, or email — perfect for sharing vintage-inspired memories with friends and family.

Every event is unique, which is why our flexible hire packages are tailored to your needs. Our experienced and friendly team will handle setup, provide props, and assist guests in creating fun and memorable vintage-style photos.

WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH THE FRANCIS SEARLIGHT POD

We use the latest iPad to capture every moment with stunning clarity, ensuring perfect photos for everyone.

Guests can instantly receive their memories via QR code, Email, SMS, or Airdrop — including Photos, Boomerangs, and Videos.

Come back as many times as you like! We’ll send you a digital copy of all your photos from your special day or event, and even pop one in your guest book. (Don’t worry—we always have someone around to help you strike the perfect pose!)

Our dye sublimation printer delivers perfect, high-quality prints every time — all in under 20 seconds. Choose either the Vintage Radio or TV printer station when booking for a truly retro experience.

The Pod is managed by two of our team members to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. One member will also circulate among your guests, encouraging everyone to step up and have their photo taken.

Backdrops

Included in the package if required, provided your room has a ceiling height of over 8 ft.

Backdrop measures 8 ft × 8 ft (2.4 m × 2.4 m).

Guest Book

Choose a free guest book or a bespoke guest book and we’ll add your name to the front! On the night, we’ll help your guests sign it and include a photo for each. Plus, they can grab their pics via QR code, text, or email—straight to their phone!

Custom Templates

Choose from lots of pre-made templates or let us custom-create a design tailored to your theme. We’ll work with you to make something truly unique for your special wedding or event!

Props

When you book, please choose either Vintage Props or Superheroes. We’ll always bring plenty of unique props and 3–4 vintage trunks—and we’re always adding more to our collection!
